We recommend clients contact their insurance company prior to their appointment to understand the specifics of their policy. For reimbursement, you'll need to provide your insurer with a receipt from your treatment, a process we at The Therapy and Performance Clinic are happy to guide you through following your appointment. 

We cannot assume responsibility for any non-payment of claims, treatment fee shortfalls, or the patient's obligation to cover any excess amount. (Health insurance excess represents the out-of-pocket payment required upfront before the insurance plan starts covering specific benefits and medical care costs).
