As a sports therapist and certified UKA athletics coach, my personal journey in running since the age of 9 has driven my passion.

Recently completing marathons, I'm dedicated to supporting others on their running journeys, bringing together my expertise in sports therapy, coaching, and my love for running to empower individuals in achieving their running and rehab goals.

I first discovered the need for sports massage during my career as a professional dancer. After performing for over 10 years, I understand the stress and strain that our bodies go through and how maintenance sessions are crucial in preventing injuries and promoting overall wellbeing.

During my time at the world-renowned Moulin Rouge, I had the opportunity to receive physio and massages twice a week, and I believe that this played a crucial role in preventing injuries and helping me perform at my best.

As a dedicated massage therapist, my goal is to help clients achieve a pain-free state of happiness and relaxation. With qualifications in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Thai Yoga Massage, and Stretch Therapy, I specialise in relieving tight muscles, chronic muscle pain, tension, and promoting relaxation.
