Access to 1000s Recipes:
The app has 1000s of amazing recipes for you to browse and cook along with. We can work out your macros and schedule in meals that support your nutrition and macro goals.

Habit Tracking:

You build confidence by doing the things you said you would. This practice helps you stay accountable, identify areas for improvement, and celebrate small victories along the way. Regularly tracking habits such as stretching, sleep, steps, and hydration ensures that you remain focused and motivated. The most successful clients have found that diligent habit tracking not only fosters discipline but also leads to lasting, positive changes in their overall well-being.

Specialist Group Coaching Calls (1 x per month):

Receive expert guidance from specialists in various fields. Each month, we'll host a group call featuring an external expert in areas such as training around hormones, weight fluctuations, rehabilitation and mindset. The key to success, as observed in my most accomplished clients, is consistent participation in these coaching calls and the prompt implementation of the advice given.

No more feeling lost and wondering about what the next step is. Your body is going to change and we have to adapt and adjust. You will receive feedback via the APP on your progress and any changes we need to make.
